hello everyone my name is Chris and have just joined, my problem is i am new to glow plug engines just done electric up to now. I have just had a speed boat passed on to me and can’t start it it has an Irvine 40 mkII marine engine i have just purchased a new glow plug and have checked that it is working there is plenty of fuel but just cant seem to get it to start as i havnt a clue how to set it up to start, i have had it crack a time or two but not got it to run it is the type that you put a string around the flywheel and keep pulling backwards and forwards can anyone give me any advice on this many thanks
