Hi,

I was intending to purchase a kit from Model Slipway but I am having difficulty speaking to them (or by e-mail). Does anybody know if they are still in business.

They are "semi-retired" these days and might be away from home for a few days in their flash motor-home. If you've sent an E-Mail then Jackie will reply. You can rely on that.

Yes, Model Slipway are very much still in business to the best of my knowledge.

Many of the model boat suppliers/manufacturers are small one or two person businesses, often just husband and wife, and they need a break from work from time to time like the rest of us.

Jackie White always replies to emails, but not necessarily instantly.
