model boats and cars handbook

 hi to one and all. i have just been given a book called  ‘ model boats and cars plan handbook 2’.  just  curious as to whether this has a tie with ‘model boats’ mag. appears to be about 1977 – 78 issue.   interesting read comparing  old prices with current etc and what was/is available
