Hi all i have to let you know of a very helpful shop.

I nneded parts for a KD perkasa model. The kit is over 20 years old. I contacted ‘ Anglia Model Centre’  they found the plans to match my kit and while I was on the phone, they stared to cut the pieces that I need. 15 Pieces of wood machine cut for less than £20. I am very happy

I reckomend any one to contact them if they need any advice or parts.

why didn’t you just ask them to photocopy the plans, and then you could have cut them out yourself…… could have probably saved a tenner, and you would have had the satisfaction of knowing you built the whole lot yourself.

 

i know that it seams a very helpful act, and i don’t blame them for offering, but boy…you must have plenty of dosh…..a whole perkassa seldom fetches more than 20 quid on ebay.

Hi neil the only parts they are sending me are what is surplied in the kit when new,but have since been lost. I reckon they would have charged for a copy of the plans so i would not have saves much if any, also as most of the parts are already there it will never be a model that any one could class as making themself. It is going to be what it should be, a kit.

 

As far as £20 goes thats the only outlay i have spend, SO FAR lol and I have never seen a kit for the amount on Ebay and I have looked.
