Hi, I've finally got myself a Graupner Adolph Bermpohl, been mulling this purchase for about 45 years… finally gave in to nostalgia! Saw it run when a small boy and it was featured on Model World TV series in '75-76.

So I have acquired an excellent unbuilt version which I will begin in the next few months, it includes the mechanism to onboard/ launch the smaller ship Vegesack.

The sister boat (Vegesack) is 1:22 and has a length of 406mm and a beam of 124mm

Any suggestions? I see Billings have a few but they are the wrong scale so might not look right. Maybe even just a hull would do and I can build up the superstructure.

I have built a Graupner Bernhard Gruben so good luck with your build. Don't think my experiences with the build will help you, as they are so different.  But let me know if there  is a question.

It also might be worth downloading the pictures from here for your own build reference:

Johann Fiddi ( think that's correct spelling ) is 1:20 scale and is the daughter boat to Bernard Gruben and is a similar size to Vegesack.
