Hi Does anyone have any information about the colour scheme for a Billing Polar trawler, the kit is no longer available and I am trying to restore one

Graham, doesn’t look like it eh??   Is there any paint on the boat to match, or is is bare?  I haven’t looked but there must be a picture of either the box-art of a completed one one on the web somewhere? failing that how about simply painting it in “typical” trawler colours?  Ashley

Thanks have seen old auction and the boat at the back is the Polar Trawler, but it is hard to see the main colours. The boat has paint on it but I’m not sure it is the correct colours, so I was trying to find out what they should be. I have made several searches but non have found me a good photo.

Graham. Does it REALLY matter if the boat is in the correct colours? or will something close do? Does the kit purport to be a specific vessel, or just a representative type? Ashley
