Blue Foam

Hi Guys,

I am making "Fun Model" out of blue foam and am wondering what to paint it with, I did think of lots of emulsion or priming with PVA then household paint. I do not want the foam to melt with the wrong type of paint. I would appreciate your comments.

Golden Rule of Painting 

Do a test panel first to check if the foam melts.
