The lower photo is definitely not her. This shows a fully rigged ship and as her tops’ls and topg’lnts appear the same size I would put her as post 1860’s and therefore too modern.
I am not sure about the top pic. Difficult to discern her lines from this angle. She is a 3 masted tops’l schooner assuming that the single yard crossing her foremast would support a free-footed fore tops’l .Otherwise she is a jackass rig.
The PC i had showed a shot of the starboard beam and with her bluff, 18/early 19 cent.bows, 3 masts she looked every inch a small frigate or corvette. She was painted overall light/med grey.
