      Hi everyone, I am desperate for any advice on obtaining a good quality 1-24 scale hiab type crane, this is needed to almost complete the ship, don,t mind plastic, die-cast whatever, hope someone can help. Baz

        You can buy a plastic 1:24 HIAB crane to go with imported Scania, Volvo and MAN model trucks by a Finnish company. I found a toyshop bu chance but have since lost the bookmark. I can check the company name tomorrow and will get back to you with it, and a link to the toyshop if I can find it.

          I bought one from them for a custom fire engine with no problems.

              Barry, Greetings from the colonies. Harbor Models located in California sells an awesome 1:24 scale Hiab crane kit. It includes all the hydraulic lines and ect, and is extremely detailed! It took me three, eight hour days to assemble it. I have installed it on the American Enterprise, and it really draws the comments from the crowd at the pond. Feel free to e-mail me if you would like some pics of it.
