I would just like to add, and yes this thread is old but I have only just read it.

 I have bought a couple sound modules from Model Solutions of Canada and there after sales support is fantastic (yes I do live in the UK).

 I had to send one of mine back because one of the components on the circuit board was cracked (I am not positive but I may have cracked the component myself). The sound module was over a year old and Model Solutions of Canada replaced it free of charge no questions asked and the turnaround was about 8 days. I don’t think many companies will beat that for service.

 I have also bought for Action Electronics has well and had to use their support service and that was also very good.
