Can I usemy12volt motivated to also powering taco radio receiver Dr or will that fry it?

Some predictive text here? Presumably you mean your 12v motor battery to power a Tamco receiver? No; not unless you reduce the voltage via a UBEC like this one **LINK** or use a power distribution board with a BEC fitted, like this one **LINK**

Other types are available.

Using 12 volts direct into a receiver will kill the receiver and anything plugged into it.

Many ESCs contain a BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) that does the job of reducing the main battery voltage down to a regulated 5 volts to power the rest of the system. If yours doesn't have one, or if there is one that doesn't supply enough current, then follow Dave's suggestions.

Here's two diagrams showing a speed controller which doesn't have BEC and one that does. The receiver power pack is generally a 4-cell NiMH pack (4.8v).
