      Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right forum but i am seeking advice from anyone who has knowledge of GPS autopilot systems for rc boats. I am building a scratch built BaitBoat and am currently using a forge electronics mixer to mix inputs from my throttle(ch3) and rudder(ch4) to provide steering through both differential motor speeds and also rudder. The beauty of this bit of kit is that it can be set up to use motor steering at stationary or slow speeds and just rudder at higher speeds making the boat far more manouvrable.

I was considering fitting a GPS autopilot system so that i can drop bait on the same spot during hours of dark. The models i've seen tend to take inputs from two channels for the motors(tank steering, ch's 2 and 3) but these are primarily designed for bait boats and don't take into consideration rudders.

Is anyone aware of any other products on the market that are aimed more towards rc boats rather than bait boats.

      Thanks all

      Neil
