New to the scene.My boat has a radar that i can turn with my hand.Underneath the body there is a plastic wheel which seems to have 3 small wires coming out of it but which have been cut down.

How would i go about getting this to work again?

Solder some lead s on the wires and use a small battery and see what combination makes it work !!! or try dc testing the leads to see if you can identify the motor?? Ashley ps how about a picture of the offending item?
