Problems with January 2023 Digital Magazine

Has anybody else not had the digital January 2023 issue added to those on Pocketmags?

I contacted customer services who blamed the post office (!??!!!) and told me how to re log into the Pocketmage service but with no effect.

I now need to wait for Darren to come back from holiday before they can do anything.

I am not impressed.

It is in the Digital Archive but the Archive front page has not been updated.

There was a last minute publication reschedule which unexpectedly brought the publication date forward a week so maybe that gave rise to some knock on effects.

Yes it is in the digital archive but not my Pocketmags.

The Archive front page has not beeen updated since the change of ownership. We seem to be permanantly stuck with the child holding the cruiser on the cover page of the July issue.

I only have the December 2022 issue, when did the January 2023 issue come out?

The print copy came out on 15th December but there seems to have been a delay with the digital version – see previous posts.

Deliveries of the print issue seem to have been affected by the postal strikes but some areas have been worse than others.

I am only a recent subscriber to Pocketmags. I am not surprised at the lack of my subscribed magazine since they seem to spend all their time sending me junk mail.

There must be a box to tick somewhere as the only email I ever get from Pocketmags is a notice when a new magazine issue has been added to my library.

I purchased my magazine through Model Boats. Did you buy your subscription from Pocketmags by any chance?

The problem is still ongoing as confirmed by customer services who are also waiting for Darren to sort it out. 3+ weeks late so far.

I emailed pocketmags explaining my problem and they sorted it out within a few hours so I now have the issue. Good service.

That is great but I am going to let customer services / Darren sort it out in the hope that the solution is permanant..

They have done something to rectify the problem and after re registering with Pocketmags (again) I now have the January issue – just in time for the February issue which is the last of my subscription.

Hi Chris,

Well that's a relief ! now you will be able to make a Pocket sized version of Eventide the free plan and post some very small pictures of your build ??
