I am actually in possession of the building kit of the danisch patrol boat Flyvefisken. Unfortunately I’m not in possession of the building manual and instructions. Can somebody help me out ????
I’m willing to pay the price if necessary.

i can copy these..  there will be no charge, but i think you need to alter things a little to allow enough access to motors and rudders, i think if you follow the plans these are pretty much sealed in – not a good idea

Hi,

 

The speaker is mounted high because all of the electronics have to fit in an area of 25 * 10 * 20 cm  (l * w * h). When the boat is ready i will be able to service the electronics because the whole container can be lifted out of the boat. For more detailed pictures of the electronics module see my album.

 

I tested the engines today and had a lot of vibrations (to much). I solved this by adding extra support for the shafts (see picture). Everything is running smooth now. I alsi installed the rudder and the steering is functional. Seems like all the electronics and mechanical parts are functioning fine. I will test the boat in a nearby lake tomorrow.

The speaker is for the Robbe Navy sound module. Now the boat can make different sounds like: destroyer siren, engine sounds, ship bell etc. There is no room for a spare battery. There are three batteries on board. A 6V-3Ah battery for the middle engine, a 12V-5Ah for the two outer engines and the sound module and a reciever battery (The red one in the electrinics module).

 

I tested the boat today and i am very pleased with the performance but I lost two of the three props . I forgot to fasten them enough. I learned that the weight distribution wasn´t optimal so i changed the lay/out of the ship (see picture)

Small update,

 

Although i really should be working on adding small details to the hull and electronics module i decided to fabricate the deck (The picture shows a dry fit of the work in progress). The kit included wooded decks but they are of the wrong size. Also i will heavily modify the rear deck in order to be able to service the rear battery and rudders when needed after th edeck is installed.

hi christian glad to see you have received the plans ok.  it is a small world i am also interested in the other boat you are now building ‘the fighter’, as you call it is called the VLM here and costs a little over £200.  I know the hull is wooden, but tell me are the details such as cabin, gun and missile launcher supplied in plastic, is the detail as good as the flyvefisken
