The plans are available from Sarik Hobbies SKU RM86 and currently costs £23.00

The original design was published in the Radio Modeller magazine in 1971 as the opening picture in this thread

Thought this build may help you with the 150% Eventide as far as keel requirements are required Silhouette is about the same size
