Piece 48? or lack thereof

Hi! I am fairly new to model boats, i have only done ones at this level that had extremely detailed instructions. And on this kit, there are virtually no detailed instructions. So, to anyone who has done or is currently doing the bluenose #576 from billing boats, where could I find piece number 47?

Hi, doesn't seem like there are many 'blue-nosers' here to help you.

Your title refers to part 48 and the text refers to part 47.

In both cases it looks like they have to be CUT from the appropriate size of wood which should be included in the kit. The wood might -of course- not even be in the box and then you deffinately won't find it.

There is a build log on this forum. It does seem that the models is a rather frustrating build! As George says, you probably have to cut these pieces from wood of the described dimensions provided in the kit.

I don't think they have instructions either….don't seem to want to supply them with their kits.

A bit like Ashley…all is to be kept hush-hush. 

Had another look ….deffinately looks like the parts are to be cut from Obechi strip supplied in the kit…somewhere.
