Slow loading speed

Not to add to your tales of woe but I have been experiencing problems with dowloading on this site, typical time 3 > 5 mins but also been getting an error message with a referral to your tech boys.

Especially bad last night (Friday)

Its not a complaint I just wanted to let you know.
