Hello folks,

My name is John and I have read the excellent build article on "The Motor Fifie Amaranth", by John Martin. Unfortunately for one reason or another (probably my lack of computer skills )!!, John refers to various numbered photos that tie in with his build, that do not show up on my computer. I would like to try my hand at building this Caldercraft kit as a working model, and I will need all the help I can get !!. I feel the photos referred to in John's text would assist me in this aim.

I discovered the date of the issue under "Magazine Covers and Contents" on this excellent website and also John's build article. I have tried phoning the back issue number given in the magazine but only get a recorded message, no joy.

I would be most grateful if any member who reads this can help me out in my search, or can point me in the right direction.

I would like to thank both yourself and Paul for all your very prompt help re the "Fifie" build

article by John Martin. I have downloaded the original article that Paul very kindly "dug out" and it is excellent

with all the photos etc included.

I had already followed your earlier e mail and now have the original issue on it's way to me as well, belt and braces indeed eh !!! .
