        Good afternoon all,
This might seem a daft question to all those that know , the more I think about it the more I second guess myself, so here goes I am trying to get the max rudder deflection to the min servo movement, should I use closest hole to the shaft on the servo to the furthest hole from the shaft on the rudder or vise versa
Please can anyone shed some light on my plight
        thanks
        Gary

But remember, any rudder movement more than 30 degrees either side of centre just adds drag rather than extra turning ability!

……any any slsck or play in the linkage is increased in its effect on the rudder control.

                  Hi Gary,
It may make a difference on the type of boat you are using, so what boat ?.

                  Len.

                    Hello Len
If you haven’t already guessed this is my first r/c model boat. It’s a Graupner Vegesack.
Which has been a task as there weren’t any English instructions with it, contacted Graupner in Germany who wanted to charge me for them,(being a Yorkshireman that
goes against the grain). I chose to give it a go without, I’ve made odd mistakes but its
                    getting there.

                      Hi Gary,
Welcome to the Forum, you will get lots of advice on here.
What type of boat is this, Fast, slow, Tug etc.
Where are you based ?, I usually click on a Members name to see their Profile but 99% of people cant be bothered to fill theirs in. ( hint if you havent ).
Some photos would be nice of your boat.

                      Regards,

                      Len.
