Hello Folks

I am building the Biiings kit ‘ Calypso “. It will soon be time to decide what motors to install. Billings do not recommend any. Can anyone help or point me in right direction.

I have had a look at Cornwall Model Boats’ website as they show this model, but the optional hardware set doesn’t indicate what type of motors are included – only that the motors run on a 7.2v battery.

I would recommend either a couple of “soft” 540 or 545 motors if using 7.2v, or a pair of Mabuchi 555 motors if you want to use 12v. PM me for more details if you wish.
