I got through a few tubes of that Epoxy during the lockdowns (about the only time I've ever used WHOLE tubes of glue before they've gone off!).
What's on "Special" in your local store depends on a few factors, size being one of them. I know there's two Lidl in Poole, one huge one and one fairly dinky, so they can only carry what they can get out on display. Aldi seem to be more or less the same size.
Most of the tools are great for the price, especially the drill bits. The only faux pas there was a set of "micro drills", which seemed perfect for miniature stuff but they were a bit brittle & needed a high rpm to function correctly without snapping, so a lot of drills & Dremel type thingies just weren't right for them.
The Aldi version of the Dremel, by Ferrex, is good, but only comes with one battery & I've not come across any spare batteries (of that type) for sale, either in store or online. (Listed, maybe, but OOS)
I have links to both Aldi & Lidl websites on my laptop and phone, so can keep an eye on what's coming in, in case it might be useful. I'm also a regular visitor to my local craft and bead store & the manageress there says I look at things & see something else entirely. She's right!
Wilcos is another source for stuff to "reimagine" – aluminium and plastic knitting needles of various diameters, stainless steel straws, paint ……. the list goes on.
EDIT: Lidl website has a DIY Special for this Sunday & another for next Sunday. That's Valentines Day taken care of!
