      @nederlander
      According to information I am given when I try to access subscriber only content, my subscriber number appears on the envelope containing each of my issues. The only number I find on the sheet of white paper that accompanies each issue appears in the lower left hand corner and is seven digits. It will not work as my number though. Am I perhaps missing something?

      Thanks,
      Nederlander

          Well I guess if I can’t get a subscriber number I don’t need to be a subscriber!

            You should find it printed on the envelope itself. Do not use any leading zeroes.

            If you still have a problem then email MyHobbyStore customer services [email protected] with your name address and any other details you have and they will be able to help you.

              Top Cat,

              For advice on finding your subscriber number, click on the ‘My Details‘ link in the ‘My Account’ box at top left of this page and then scroll down to the bottom where there is advice on locating the number on your magazine packaging – you will need to click the ‘more‘ link to see it all.>>

              When you have your subscriber number you can access the back issues in digital format which is what I assume you want.>>

              >

              If you want a hard copy issue then email [email protected] as given in the magazine.>>

              >

              Hope this helps,>>
