Watson Class Lifeboat Ann Letitia Russell – for sale

Completed model of Ann Letitia Russell by Metcalf Mouldings. Built about 10 years ago-ish by my late father. This is a high quality and detailed build with real planking and caulking and various other details like maps. Comes with a cradle. The interior has motors and receiving gear. From what little I know about this stuff, the crystal bit is missing and the batterys.

Pictures below, I am starting at £650 because I think its so good.

Buyer would have to collect unless you know of a safe way to post or courier. This is in Northallerton, North Yorkshire,

Many thanks for all your help and advice. It was nice to see the motors running and gear working first time after being “laid up” for 6 years, and the first time I had ever seen it moving.

 

When I first got it, I thought it would just have been a case of bunging in a battery and off it would go, but watching Keith the other day showed me it would have been far more complex than that.
