I usually try to be by the Blackheath club stand (Phil Abbott with his straight runners) at midday. A lot of the ModelBoatMayhem crowd congregate there as well.

Hello All,

I attened the Warwick show the weather was good, a nice drive from Bristol ,

good show of models , a lot of grey boats and some very nice tugs and novelty models,

traders where there doing a brisk trade , but stalls where little small ,

i my had early christmas present from the wife a SURMOUNT sail boat from HOWLES MODELS

spent this afternoon puting to gether, nice little boat but the the build mannul is a funny one ,

a lot instructions lost in transltion, pigen english ,

be looking for sailing tips , not very good at sail boats,

so back to the show , had chat to to stand members , and martin who runs the mayhem site nice to put faces to postings , to sum up , a nice little show , but i think Blackpool is better more space

and wife likes the lights and shops, will attend both next year , cheers Larry….
