I'm looking for a top quality Trent Class lifeboat. I prefer a model based on the Speedline kit, I don't currently have the necessary skills to build one at present, albeit I intend to build a Severn Class as I grow in knowledge and skills.

I want a boat that could be displayed and used as I'd like to get involved with fund raising events for the RNLI.

I hope that you have a hefty wallet as I doubt that you will get a top quality model for much less than £1000. Thats what it would take for me to part with mine

i figured that would be the damage Paul, but when one considers the effort, skill and material costs involved then perhaps its more than fair. Besides if you ever saw my modelling skills you'd probably understand why it's going to cost me!
