Yes and we will spend a lazy Sunday morning today at the pond side!
I will be taking the hover van, 1/3 of the flock (the red one), project Z and of course a lander..likely the ferry. Hopefully there will not be much wind at the pond as the hover van is useless in any breeze and the red one similarly does not perform well in a chop although the main thrust of today’s session will be taking pictures. Project z will handle any sort of chop, eh, Ivan!
Spent some time yesterday fiddling with the masking on the London and re-gluing crewmen back on. The mounting for the esc on/off switch I had made to position it nearer a hatch opening was a success last tues.
i am undecided about making a larger rudder for it, as it does not sail very well with the current (nicely proportioned) one. For it to work properly it would have to be twice the size, and I can’t make it any deeper than it is due to the very shallow keel. I may make one perhaps 1/3 larger and see how it goes.
Reread some dim and distant tb posts and some are very cryptic. I am glad I swapped project designations from numbers to a more identifiable letter system…
