I would like to thank all the people who have had the time to help me with a few problems as when you start something new such as Model Boats and have very little knowledge on the subject, it is a great help.  Glad to see that there are still good people around.

Are there no model boat clubs in your area,like yourself I’ve not been model boating for very long (18 months) and I would have been lost without the help of some new friends/members found in my local club. My first contact with the club (Charlie) took me under his wing and made sure I was introduced to other members and is always there if I get into trouble with any aspect of the hobby,and since then have found lots more good friends, Check out Bob Abell’s Albums for one!!

I always go out of my way now to speak to new members and remember their names and interests!!
