Paid my renewal for the year, received April issue but not May, been on the phone ,promised to send it out, after over a week still not had it.

Nothing is going to happen now until Tuesday 8th May for obvious reasons. If you would care to email me at [email protected] I will happily pass your complaint to the relevant person on Tuesday morning and copy you into the email, but I will need your address and/or subscriber number so they have something to work on.

It may well not be a fault of MHS – post can go astray and printed matter or second class post can take a few days.
