I will be shortly selling some of my collection of model boats and equipment.

To include:

Model slipway Trent Class Lifeboat

New York harbour boat

Sea Commander

Barrel Back (when complete)

4ft Huntsman (ply)

3ft Huntsman (fiberglass/ply)

I will post prices and photos over the next few days.

Not giving up, just have a very special need for cash (family problem)

I can always build some more, I fancy doing a slipper launch, but the Lifeboat will be a problem to part with.

Already getting PMs about the Lifeboat.

That`s good news Paul, that you`re not giving up!…………….Phew!

But……I reckon you`ve done enough on the Barrel Back now…………….It`s too heavy?

Just come back from Barmouth, where we saw the Lifeboat being brought out of the sea and onto a tractor etc…………..will post a few pictures, when I find them in my PC….being naughty again

Hello Paul

Whatever the problem it must be serious for you to sell the Trent.

I have always admired this model and consider it to be one of the top five examples that I have ever seen and could never understand why you wouldn’t enter it into judging competitions as it would walk away with prizes.

I will jump the gun by putting in a bid for the Trent and I hope that I don’t insult you by offering £1000.

And if it is any help I would offer £300 for the Barrel Back as an unfitted hull.

Dear all

The family crisis has been resolved without my having to part with to many models and so the remaining boats are no longer for sale.

Many thanks to all of the members who have contacted me with either offers to buy or kind words of support.
