Replies to messages – please.

Could I ask those folk who send me questions by PM or E-Mail and to whom I send a reply please to let me know that they have received it? I always do send replies – even if it's only a few words – but if there's a technical gremlin somewhere and it doesn't get through then folk might think ill of me. I wouldn't like that to happen.
