Need some help please !!!

My Grandfather build a model version of the Cutty Sark a far few years back which took him  well over 2 years to complete 

 He is now looking to sell it and i was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me where abouts the best place is for me to list something for sale.

 He completed building this about 10 years ago and since then the boat has been kept in a glass case.The boat is roughly 3 ft in length and each piece of rigging has been done by hand. Hence, i need somewhere that specialises in buying models like this as i don’t want this being treated as if its a toy!!!!

I have no clue if anyone on the site will be able to help even the smallest of pointers will be very much appreciated.

Hello Helen

I would suggest that you place an ad in Model Boats Magazine these are free to readers and will be read by most people in the model boating world. Alternatively you could place a for sale posting on this web site.

Please don’t be tempted to put the boat on ebay as it will never sell for its true value.
