Welcome to the forum. Is this the Puffin you mean and for others to have a look at?

There are other places to look for plans but Sarik might be a good place to have hunt around.

And / or you could be tempted to join the Cossack Mass Build which is Sarik plan MM500 by Vic Smeed.

Anyway – Good luck and I am sure someone else will be along with some other suggestions.

I think this may be the plan you want Clyde Puffer

                  hi david,

the plan is in good condition for age. the magazine is radio control modeller magazine dated nov/dec 1985 as first addition. I could scan as A4 size as this is what I did so as to save actual plan if that helps, then email it to you with build pictures as well.

                        Hi David

Thank you for the kind offer appreciated, before you do consider doing so can you tell me the exact boat length according to plans

of model and beam width as it appears to be design for electric small motor, I would be interested in seeing if it could be retrofit for a small steam engine power plant to be placed in the center engine well

                        again very much appreciated David

There is indeed Ashley, a quick build, stand off scale plan of a Clyde Puffer, the Sandy Bank. Back copies available from the usual sources, which includes a build guide of course.
