Missing parts

Please see the two photos. Parts 45a and 45b are missing from my Billings kit. Six months ago I contacted them and gave them card details for replacement parts. I’ve heard nothing.

If I could source plastic pipe of dimensions 32 x 35,I don’t have the wherewithall to cut it to size, especially the 2mm part. Am I up the creek without a paddle? Thanks
