MB subscriptions

Does any one else have trouble with getting their MB ?

I have now had 2 copies not delivered in the past 5 issues, the first one was replaced, after a pone call, within a couple of days,with this current issue, when I queried non delivery I was told I will have to go and buy one as there are none left in stock.

Not a very good state of affairs, 40 per cent fail rate!!

It may not necessarily be the fault of MB, could be the post.

Subscription copies are mailed directly from the printers so it is unlikely that it was not sent out. I have never had any problems myself.

I had that problem eddie, thats why i stopped my subs. the issues were getting to my wh smiths about a week before mine, I think it is mainly royal mail problem but I also think there could be a problem in the printers distribution dept. sad state of affairs really

I find that my subscription copy always gets to me several days before the official publication date. The print run is all done in one go, subscription copies are sent out from the printer and news stand copies to the distributor.

If you think it is down to Royal Mail then what evidence do you have of a problem at the printers – or are you just guessing?

I was just guessing really colin, i thought that the fault could be at either. as theres no evidence then a conclusion cant be made. lifes unsolved mysteries i suppose.
