      Hi  not very happy about missing a special offer in FEBUARY,
      Paid my subscription on the 16th feb thought it would start with the MARCH COPY no it started with the APRIL one, O.K. thought I would receive my free airbrush kit O NO
      When I phone up to ask where it is the very kind lady said please give me your details, after i GAVE THEM TO HER SHE SAID YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IT BY NOW will look into it for you,
      Then I get A LETTER SAYING YOU WAS TO LATE,
      So I rang the sales office a young gentleman listened to my moan then said sorry it is to late.
       
      THEN WILL YOU PLEASE EXPLANE TO ME WHY THE OFFER WAS STILL ON TWO WEEKS AFTER I PAID MY MONEY ???????
      (IS THIS THE WAY TO GET ME BACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR ?)

          Sorry to hear about this. Yes, the offer page was still on the website after it had expired but it did have the expiry date on it. If you could send me a personal message with your full name and address and subscription number/reference I will pass it on the MyHobbyStore HQ to see if anything can be done. The subscription arrangements are outsourced to an external company and I assume you have been dealing with them.
           
          I’m afraid I am employed in a freelance capacity as Website Editor so I cannot do anything directly myself.

            Brian has been dealing with the separate company that runs the subscriptions service. On my raising the matter directly with MyHobbyStore they are now arranging for him to be sent his airbrush.

                Hi COLIN,
                YOU ARE A GOOD ONE.
                THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE  COULD DO WITH MORE LIKE YOU IN THERE  SUBSCRIPTION DEPARTMENT (not a person who tells you sorry your to late nothing I can do).
                Being retired from business my self there are ways to handle customers and ways not to.
                Thank you very much for your help, you have changed my attitude towards MODEL BOATS magazine, I Thank You.
