has anyone tried to contact Italeria for spare parts ?? they direct you to a page with pictures of cogs on it , i don't want bl**dy cogs what i need is the torpedo scoops on the bow f1 and f2 its like bashing your head against a brick wall

Hi just saw this post, yes I have, the screws, rope and wire was missing from mine , went on there site filled the form in and got a reply to say they were sorry, asked for my address and said they will replace them, Its only been a week so I cant say how long it will take.
