Give away to a good home

My Father loved to make model boats and submarines but he passed away last year and I would like his models to go to a good home. Some have engines in them and the Tugboat needs finishing. They will need to be collected though – I live in Swansea South Wales. They are:

1. American Frigate (Wooden) – 51 " (L) x 7" (W). With engine.

2. Anteo Tugboat R.C.(Wooden) – 35" (L) x 9" (W).

3. USS Arizona (Plastic) – 35"(L) x 9" (W). Cost £164.

4. Sub – Lafayette 616 – 49.5" (L) x 4" (W). With engine.

5. Sub – German 2505 – 62.5" (L) x 5.5" (W).

6. Sub – Russian 3032 – 62.5" (L) x 5.5 " (W). With engine.

Hello Janis

You could try Paul T who is a member of this forum he restores old model boats and sells them to raise funds for Parkinsons and the Royal British Legion.

He does a really good job with the restorations and the all that he raises goes to good causes.

Many thanks to all those who showed an interest in the boats and subs. They have all been given a new home now and I know Dad would have been pleased. Happy Sailing.
