Discharging batteries?

Hi,

How can I tell when my batteries are discharged correctly. I have 7.2v 3000 mAh NiMH. Im using an overlander mini and although it says how to do it,it doesnt say to what point its discharged?

Unlike the old Nicads, Nimhs do not need to be discharged. SO.

Dont discharge them, just charge them up. is all!

Ashley is right. No need to discharge them. I fact I always recharge mine after a saiing session. They will gradually self discharge over a period however so if not using them then a top up every 4 months or so is not a bad idea.
