I’ve emailed customer services about the fact I’am no longer able to access the digital back issues, but I heard nothing from them. I only started my subscription a week ago and after a couple of days it stopped letting me view the subscriber articles. Anyone’s else have this problem?

Hi Ben,

 

Yes, I have emulated your ID and it won’t let me access the digital editions. This has happened before and I think it is some sort of software glitch.

 

Ediitor Paul Freshney has seen your post and has alerted MyHobbyStore internally to your problem. I don’t know why there has been no response from Customer Services.

just to let you know i have looked into this today and there was unfortunately an administrative error, however this is being sorted today and you should have access again tomorrow.

No, sorry there isn’t one at the moment. It might come when they introduce the new text editor but I’m not sure when that will be. It has been ‘coming soon’ for a while!
