      I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem as myself in trying to get an answer to a query to customer services? I sent a message on 13th Oct and duly got an automated reply saying the matter would be dealt with by customer services. Hearing nothing further I then repeated the message on the 17th Oct. Again an automated reply. Since then nothing. In my book this is NOT customer service.

          You should have had a response.

          I have no involvement in that side of things as the Forum is edited by me independently on a freelance basis. However i have passed on your post to a contact at MyHobbyStore who should be able to check the situation. I hope that brings results.

            Very many thanks for your prompt response. That IS customer service. The issue I was querying regarded my subscription to the mag and the, as yet, non arrival of a promised gift for same. Not a highly important issue I will grant you, but frustration sets in. Many thanks again

              Hi Peter,
               
              You should by now have received an email response from Editor Paul Freshney giving you some background information and putting you directly in touch with the subscriptions manager at MyHobbyStore who will hopefully be able to resolve your query.

                Very many thanks for your efforts. I have indeed received and replied to Paul Freshneys email. This is now most impressive as it is over a weekend!! It is also great that I have now established human contact rather than an automated reply. Many thanks again
