Continuing my project with the Model Boats Magazine covers I am now looking at the specials, I have 2 but with no definite dates and hope someone maybe able to confirm the dates these were issued, I have that that there was one in 1977, 1980 , 1982 and 1991

The Blue one I have as 1991, The yellow cover with a Mr Dave Abbott as 1992

Info I have is that there should be one between 1977 – 1980 ?.

Also What is the connection with Radio Control Boat Modeller " and Model Boats, I assume there is one as the editor was John Cundell.

This would appear to be 1978.

I would query your revised date for the yellow one (Dave Abbot) since it contains a photograph of a 1984 model boat open day meeting?

Sorry cannot help with the actual date.
