Hi all, my first post. A Brixham boy I grew up on and in the water, and as a child 55 years ago Gramp gave me a pond yacht. In retirement I thought of getting another one and then found one being given away on FB.

built by vendors father, offered as “too nice to scrap “

sale pic of hull and side on attached ( mast assembled with jib boom in error ) , and my pic of proper assembly

no rigging but a hand drawn diagram old fixed rigging provided and I’m looking for a westcountry supplier for parts

Hi Chris,

Have a look at Cornwall Model Boats website, they can sort you out for parts, it should be simple enough to re-rig

I’ve managed to identify this as an early version of the Veron Veronica, and found so much positive comment about the designer and his contribution to the hobby

i now have drawings from his son and will follow up with the suggested retailer for rigging parts
