black park model boat show and regatta

Black park model boat club are holding their open day and regatta on  August 30th.

 

10am – 5pm approx.

 

 situated on the berkshire/ buckinghamshire border adjacent to the world famous pinewood studios  we have a great large lake  in a beatiful wooded country park,

 

the regatta and open day is open to all- with free entry –  there will be model subs, yachts, scale sail, fast electric, steam powered models, scale electric models, novelties and hopefully some hovercraft too……

 

there will be static and on the water displays- sadly no IC models to be run on the lake due to local byelaws……..

 

the black park country park features cafe toilet and playground facilities, also access for the disabled.

 

 large car park ( pay and dispaly at £2 for the day) only a short walk from the lake
