Does anyone have or know where I can get the plans for this model ?

I have the booklet, but believe there are other plans to accompany it.

Use this link and it will take you to the Billings Boats website, where quite a few of their models have plans and instructions available as free pdf downloads.

This will get you the full builders manual, I've just looked.

have you tried cornwall model boats they do plans and they are always very helpfull
