It might seem like a waste but every machine reaches the end of its useful life and hard decisions have to be made. Right or wrong…only time will tell.

What I don't understand is why are we getting rid of the old carriers, before the new ones are ready. Are we that financially broke?

I remember R09 going for scrap and many lamented her passing and were highly critical of the replacements but all three of the Invincible class have proved their worth. Let’s hope the same can be said for the QEs. Great shots Colin and real one offs.
