As Colin has already said, subscriptions are managed on a day to day basis by an external company.
I and Colin have no access to the data held there, nor want to!
At MyTimeMedia the following ladies are the 'in-house' subscription managers and when we (Colin and I) get a query, we simply forward it to them as they are the ultimate people who can solve the problem, if indeed there is one at the MyTimeMedia end.
They are:
[email protected]
[email protected]
Please don't forget to include your full name and address, plus any other relevant information such as subscriber number when contacting them direct and they have always responded within a reasonable space of time to such queries.
It occurs to me that In the case of Ben's renewing query, the question is, is he able to access digital editions right now in January on his existing subscription and the 'renewable' people are saying that his renewal would run from 1st Feb as a continuation of the existing subscription, which is then not a problem at all.
Also, quite often subscribers don't renew before their subscription ends, so then their subscription is treated as a NEW subscription, or did they mean his subscription would begin with the February issue that is on sale tomorrow, 15th Jan?
Either way, as others have said, the solution is to communicate with the Head Office Subscriptions Managers direct to resolve the problem, either by email or phone.
Hope this helps
