One pair of motors could run for 30 mins with care, then the second set could run for another 30 mins

And that`s enough for anyone!

I think my motor system is very versatile

To prolong the batteries during the day……… The boat could run on a single motor, if need be and could get three hours with six batteries……….If I took the big charger, I could sail till the cows come home!

The whistling buzzing noise is coming from the ESC's when they are idling

It's a common sound……Listen to your battery drill at the point of starting…..Same sound

i've been thinking about that, but don't want to get involved in the fine stuff, as it would be very time consuming

I think two pairs of oil bottles would be attractive on the engine block…..also a few H & E notices and fire extinguishers in the engine room……..Plus all the Dolly stuff of course

Still working on the window frames at the moment

The brass handrails will be a nice feature……..And a few lights

Not forgetting a Klaxxon!

For what its worth Bob Bob, now that the motors are in place I would simply solder the wires straight on to the motor tags. Easy to get off if it came to it, and would enable the wires to be tucked out the way.

The clips on the motor terminals are a bit crude, especially the doubles

Red and black wires would be nice, but can't reduce the diameter of them, due to the amps involved

Don't forget the flag pole

Bob. Simply solder the wires on, and paint the wires black. Easy peasy.

Is this boat a bit early for h&e notices?? perhaps some "caution do not drop cucmber sandwiches near this motor" may be appropriate

Don't like the idea of soldered connections…….Some of the fittings are encased in plastic and look ok to me

H & S signs?……Still applicabell…….The boat is in existence so I think the signs are in order

I've made them all now!

So they now get tucked down holes in the battery area

Joking aside, this build continues to impress enormously! It really looks nice!

And instead of painting your wires black and red, if you want them to appear like that you could always cover the visible parts with suitable lengths of het shrink tubing … ?!
