Hi Bob,

I take it that you did build them then. 

Do they feather by gravity or?. 

Is there a plan available ?

Hello Len

They feather by a central disc which connects to all the paddles (called floats) and is quite simple and clever…………….one of the conn rods is fixed to the disc and causes all the paddles to enter the water and leave the water in a vertical manner. I don`t expect you to make any sense of that…….I struggled at first and only when the wheel was assembled, did I realise how it worked!
