How do I find a waterline measurement

 I have acquired a GRP hull for a traditional pond yatch , Monica 2 . I have some basic informationon sails rudder and so on but no info on the waterline. I am told the hull/model was the subject of a review in a back number of Model Boats Mag. Does anyone happen to know which one? If so, I can chase it down. Thanks to the regular contributors for a great forum.

I feel a bit of a pratt really. I am not very good at the computer searching stuff. I accidentally found the article on this site and although the sails are different to my drawing I  have found it very useful. However the only reference to waterline is based around using 7lbs of ballast rather than a measurement. Any other info on this model would be very helpful.
